I have been waiting to do this for a long time. ____ has always been a person who truly loves life. From the day she saw her first Princess movie, she always wanted to get married.
As a mother, I couldn't have been happier raising someone as sweet as her. When she would try something new, she never quit until she got what she wanted.
Enter ____. I don't know if you know this ____, but the day she met you she said she'd marry you, and here you are.
During the course of their relationship I have seen the two of them flourish so well together that I can hardly believe they're the same two people.
I am so proud of what you've accomplished together. And wish the two of you all the happiness in the world. Cheers.

Today, I can't describe the feelings that are rushing through me. You have always been such a beautiful and passionate girl and today I know I've never seen you more beautiful & passionate, except now you're a woman.
Like most parents out there, your children can be a handful and there are days where you wonder what ever made you get into this "parent trap." But thankfully, especially with ____, their angelic attributes come to the surface and all the other stuff just melts away.
I can say I have never known a child to be as compassionate as ____ was. I'll never forget, her father and I were watching a movie and she was barely 2 years old, there was a part in which a child was crying because of fighting with her mother. I turned to _____ and there were tears streaming down her face. That day I knew that she was extremely empathetic and she'd be able to help many with such a caring attitude towards her fellow human being.
_____, I love you and I couldn't be prouder of the woman you've become. You are an outstanding person at home and within the community and your father and I love deeply.
_____, I'd like to say, I couldn't have picked a better match for my daughter. You too are compassionate, beautiful and a wonderful role model for those around you. Please take care of my daughter, as I pass her on to you. You, have not only won her heart, you've won her mother's.

My dearest daughter, you have taken the path I told you to take, I am proud of you. Marriage is not always rosy my dear, it is hard, your father and I have had to endure times when we really thought we were not going to make it, but he here we are still going strong and I still love him if not more than when I first met him.
I want you to be strong and take good care of your husband. To my son in law, well, some things are better left unsaid, and I guess you already know that mother in laws cause a lot of stress when they do visit. I hope you will be looking forward to our weekly visits. Welcome to the family son.
